Our brokerage service includes Morris built boats as well as other high quality listings.
With 37 years of experience in elite, custom yacht building, Morris Brokerage is uniquely qualified to broker high-end vessels whether built by Morris or produced by other quality builders. Our dedicated Morris Yachts brokers are exceptionally proactive and closely monitor the changing brokerage market conditions. Keeping our owners informed of these conditions is important and helps to maximize all sales opportunities. By working closely with our listing owners, we are better able to address maintenance items, adjust pricing and develop effective marketing strategies to maximize exposure. In short, our dedicated Morris Brokers work diligently to represent the owners of our central listings and our “buyers” both fairly and professionally from start to finish.

Some specifics:

Thorough Well-Written Listings
If your boat is not a Morris, a stem-to-stern inspection allows us to really get to know your boat. The resulting listing will accurately describe your boat to potential buyers. Our goal is a listing that eliminates confusion during purchase: potential buyers will clearly know whether that clock and barometer are part of the deal!

RAZZ M’ TAZZ is a two cabin, two head motorsailer built by the respected Bruckmann yard and designed by Mark Ellis. Her design criteria was a boat that performs well under both power and sail. Her hull shape benefits from a long waterline and a blanced distribution of underwater volume. She succesfully combines the amenities and lifestyle normally accoociated with a trawler, with the safety, stability, and efficiency of a performance cruising sailboat. Aestetically she is a true hybrid combining both a proper downeast style powerboat and a traditional sailboat. Her sail plan is easily handled with a roller furling boom and power winches, while her maneuverablity is made simple with a 140hp Yanmar diesel engine and Vetus bowthruster.

The Bruckmann 50’s are very popular and are rare to find on the used market. It’s even more rare to find a boat with such attentive owners who not only know, but also love, every square inch of their boat. RAZZ M’ TAZZ is a unique opportunity to own a “go-anywhere” vessel built to deliver her owners in comfort and safety wherever they may choose to go.

    COMMENTS
The Morris M42 was designed following the introduction and immediate success of the M36.  The M42 gives owners standing headroom below and a layout that is conducive to cruising.  Meanwhile, the design characteristics follow the same rational of being simple to sail, beautiful to look at, and most importantly fun!  RENARDIERE was built be be comfortable anywhere but especially so in the Chesapeake.  With a retractabel bow thruster, rub rail, and an air conditioner, she is very much at home in warm areas where piled slips are the norm.  Although all M-Series boats are known to turn heads in any harbor, RENARDIERE take that a step further with her vivid red hull.  She has been the show piece of the Morris Yachts Annapolis Boat Show display for two years running.

COMMENTS: The Morris Yachts M42 developed out of the wild success of her smaller sister, the M36. Retaining all of the great ease of handling features and classic beauty of the M36, the M42 provides greater interior volume for more luxurious accommodations below and an even larger cockpit with more generous seating. Morris Yachts and the legendary design firm Sparkman and Stephens have once again teamed up to produce a yacht of lasting beauty - a yacht that will grace any harbor and provide her owner with pride of ownership for many years. MOXIE was built to be comfortable (and lower maintenance) in warmer climates. Exterior woodwork was limited to the toerail, coaming caps, and eyebrow.  Boat is for sale due to owner's plans for a larger Morris.

CHARADE is a very special version of the popular M-42. Her detail oriented owner wanted a boat that was not only breathtakingly beautiful, but also the fastest M-42 on the water. He succeeded on both counts and built an absolutely wonderful boat…..stem to stern. She has a deeper draft keel, and a taller rig…..and just the right amount of wood on deck. You would be hard pressed to find a boat with a better combination of stunning good looks, and fantastic sailing qualities. Maintained by Morris Yachts since built, she is in great shape.

COMMENTS: "ALACRITY" was the LAST Morris 38 built and is an exquisite example of a finely finished Morris Yacht. She has too many details to list here which run from wine and liquor storage to varnished teak shroud rollers. She was designed to be fast, fun and easily sailed from the cockpit with a double-ended mainsheet that can be trimmed from the helm or from under the cover of the dodger. She has been used seasonally, always stored in inside heated storage and maintained to the highest standards. "ALACRITY" should be considered in "better than new" condition.

INGLESEA is equipped with all the most popular options such as teak deck, roller furling boom, and V-berth layout. As with all M-36’s she is optimized for shorthanded sailing with a self-tacking jib, and all control lines led below deck to the helmsperson. These boats are very popular and for good reason……sailing doesn’t get much more fun than this! Her Sparkman & Stephens and Morris Yachts heritage means the perfect combination of graceful lines, the latest in naval architecture, and modern boatbuilding materials. INGLESEA is in great condition and represents a fantastic value.

COMMENTS: ESPARTA is likely the nicest condition Morris Justine to come on the market in recent history. She was the last Justine built and looks like new. She has been lightly used and meticulously maintained. Recent upgrades include a new dodger (2008) and new sails (2007). The Morris Justine is a wonderful combination of manageable size, great performance, and stunning good looks.

COMMENTS: This eye catching daysailer was previously owned by a famed recording artist and author. She was designed by Joubert and Nivelt with a concentration on esthetics and maneuverability. Boat ownership is simplified as she comes with a custom trailer and is easily towed. "Aileron" is as exciting to sail as she is to look at.

ENGINE: Yanmar 10 HP (approx. 3 years old)

COMMENTS: ROSE is a one of a kind, heirloom quality example of this highly regarded Herreshoff Canoe Yawl design (Rozinante). Custom constructed by one of Maine's foremost wooden boat builders, she has been meticulously maintained (by the builder's yard) in as good (if not better) than new condition. ROSE is a beauty to behold and a joy to sail. She turns heads wherever she voyages and will grace any harbor. Sadly for sale due to sole owner's age.

    TANKS: Fuel: 18 gal (diesel)
    Water: 40 gal

COMMENTS: Springtide is hull number two of this popular Chuck Paine design. The Morris Linda is a seakindly, nicely performing, 28 foot cruising boat that is well suited to extended coastal cruising. With a versatile interior layout, Springtide sleeps 4 with a V-berth, single main salon berth, and a spacious quarterberth. She is in nice shape and needs very little to be ready to go.

COMMENTS: Quite possibly the nicest Linda to come on the market in recent memory. The current owner has upgraded almost every possible system and Awlgripped the entire boat (including spars) during a complete 100k restoration in 2003 (see highlights list below). "Splendid" is reluctantly for sale by a very proud and meticulous owner.

This wonderful Morris Frances was purchased by Tom Morris (Morris Yachts founder) in 2001 and was given a complete overhaul by Tom before he singlehanded her down the East Coast over the course of the winter. The current owner has enjoyed Tom's improvements to the boat and has added some of his own. The Frances 26 in general, and Wildwood specifically, has held an important place in the history of the Company and Tom Morris. Don't miss this opportunity to join the Morris family.

The Morris Frances is true "pocket-cruiser" with abilities far outreaching other boats of similar size. She was designed to be comfortable, capable, and able to deliver an owner safely anywhere. TRUANT has had two loving owners, the most recent (of nearly 20 years) who has made significant upgrades to the boat including a Morris Yachts installed enclosed head, and a complete removal and rebuild of her Yanmar engine and transmission. TRUANT is a fine example of this well respected design.

COMMENTS: This lovely Morris Frances is in wonderful condition. The cabin house version allows standing headroom. The light and airy interior gives considerable space for a 26' boat and sleeps four adults. Built tough and seaworthy, the Frances is in extremely high demand. Rachael has seen many recent upgrades and is in great shape. Available immediately.
