Retaining all of the great ease of handling features and classic beauty of the M36, the M42 provides greater interior volume for more luxurious accommodations below and an even larger cockpit with more generous seating. Morris Yachts and the legendary design firm Sparkman and Stephens have once again teamed up to produce a yacht of lasting beauty – a yacht that will grace any harbor and provide her owner with pride of ownership for many years. COMMENTS: "ALACRITY" was the LAST Morris 38 built and is an exquisite example of a finely finished Morris Yacht. She has too many details to list here which run from wine and liquor storage to varnished teak shroud rollers. She was designed to be fast, fun and easily sailed from the cockpit with a double-ended mainsheet that can be trimmed from the helm or from under the cover of the dodger. She has been used seasonally, always stored in inside heated storage and maintained to the highest standards. "ALACRITY" should be considered in "better than new" condition.

    COMMENTS:

"Ursa Nigra" is a beautiful example of the combination of an owner's good taste and Morris craftsmanship resulting in a distinctive owner's original. This boat has been excellently maintained and shows extremely well. Recent upgrades include fresh Awlgrip and all portlights repainted/rebed, new bow roller (2008) and new cushions, new ss water tanks and upgraded fresh water plumbing, radar mounted on companionway swing-out bracket, new GPS at helm, new bookshelf @ nav station, and new bimini with connector to dodger (2006). The current owner absolutely loves the boat, but has decided to move up to a Morris 46.

COMMENTS: ESPARTA is likely the nicest condition Morris Justine to come on the market in recent history. She was the last Justine built and looks like new. She has been lightly used and meticulously maintained. Recent upgrades include a new dodger (2008) and new sails (2007). Fuel: 37 gal. stainless
Holding: 20 gal. stainless (new 2001)

    COMMENTS:
ARIA is in equisite condition and often gets mistaken as a new boat. She has a traditional layout with a quarterberth which allows for comfortable sleeping accommodations for six adults. She has been continually upgraded, most recently by stripping off all bottom paint and applying an epoxy barrier coat (2010) and a brand new 40hp Yanmar engine (2008). ARIA is sure to impress those with a discerning eye for a quality built boat with plenty of comfort, all in a manageable size.

    Cruising Speed: 19-20 knots
    TANKS: Fuel: 200 g
             Water: 80 g
             Waste: 30 g

COMMENTS: POLARIS is a nice example of this very popular and hard to find design. She is well thought out with every amenity of home, and in like-new condition. The single engine gives good economical fuel consumption and allows for lower mounting which reduces rolling by keeping the center of gravity lower. Wide stern doors makes this boat easy to access the water whether by dinghy, kayak, or otherwise. She is well suited for a cruising couple who want good speed in a manageable sized, sea worthy vessel.

COMMENTS: ROSE is a one of a kind, heirloom quality example of this highly regarded Herreshoff Canoe Yawl design (Rozinante). Custom constructed by one of Maine's foremost wooden boat builders, she has been meticulously maintained (by the builder's yard) in as good (if not better) than new condition. ROSE is a beauty to behold and a joy to sail. She turns heads wherever she voyages and will grace any harbor. Sadly for sale due to sole owner's age.

"Splendid" is reluctantly for sale by a very proud and meticulous owner.

This wonderful Morris Frances was purchased by Tom Morris (Morris Yachts founder) in 2001 and was given a complete overhaul by Tom before he singlehanded her down the East Coast over the course of the winter. The current owner has enjoyed Tom's improvements to the boat and has added some of his own. The Frances 26 in general, and Wildwood specifically, has held an important place in the history of the Company and Tom Morris. Don't miss this opportunity to join the Morris family.

Rachael has seen many recent upgrades and is in great shape. Available immediately.
