36' M36 Daysailer "Comet" (SOLD)

 "Comet" is a wonderful example of this extremely popular design. With approximately 110K in options, she is the most well-equipped M36 to come on the market to date. With only light use, she is in "like-new" condition and is for sale due to a growing family's plans to move to a larger Morris M-series. Currently "Comet" is stored in a heated building and can be seen anytime. Fully commissioned and available immediately!

HULL & DECK:

• Vinylester hull and deck with core-cell core.
• Hull is Flag Blue Awlgrip, white single boot stripe, gold leaf cove stripe.
• Red bottom paint.
• Quartersawn teak decks.

MAIN CABIN: Herreshoff style with white bulkheads and gloss varnished mahogany trim, two six foot long settee berths with Delaney & Long "Dinghy-Navy" cushions, twin end table lockers are forward of the settees.

V-BERTH: Optional v-berth configuration forward with varnished trim throughout, mahogany hull sheathing, overhead Bomar hatch with screen, two bulkhead mounted lights, and two storage drawers.

HEAD: Located to port (opposite galley), the head is equipped with a Raritan PHII marine toilet, 20 gallon polyethylene holding tank, and Snake River external tank level monitor. Corian counter, mirror polished stainless steel sink, and Fynspray fresh water hand pump. Head trim is oiled teak.

ENGINE:

• Yanmar 3YM20C 21hp with SD Saildrive unit. 3-cylinder, direct injected, fresh water-cooled marine diesel (210 hours).
• Racor #220 spin-on fuel/water separator.
• Engine box is fitted with Soundown Vinyl/Foam composite noise reduction insulation.
• Flex-O-Fold 16" two blade propeller.
• Custom Morris instrument panel at the helm including Faria gauges with SS bezels, ignition switch, start and stop buttons, and audible alarms.
