We love hosting our own show at Coconut Grove’s Shake-A-Leg Sailing Center. This year’s line up will feature the M29, M42 and M52. Life is better in the Grove - even CNN agrees - http://www.cnn.com/2011/TRAVEL/01/30/miami.sailing.guide/index.html
We are not quite a band of gypsies but when Team Morris packs up for the Fall boat show circuit we sometimes feel that way and the M29 truck and trailer bears a close resemblance to the Clampett’s truck on the Beverly Hillbillies. Thank goodness, we clean up pretty nice for the shows…
We realize you can’t be in two places but we want to shine the light on this terrific event July 16-18 on Martha's Vineyard. Maine Gov. John E. Baldacci recently signed into law a provision that ensures non-resident boaters will pay less in sales tax on boat purchases in the state.
The new law, which takes effect Aug. 1, significantly reduces the amount of Maine sales tax that will need to be paid by non-residents who choose to purchase and keep a boat in Maine, the Maine Marine Trades Association reports.
M36 daysailer Hull 60 left Northeast Harbor, Maine January 25th. On March 16th Morris Yachts' Wythe Ingebritson and Casamajor's proud owner were sailing in Sydney Harbor -read the full report and see photos

Eric Roos, Wythe Ingebritson and Prent Weathers report that the Miami event was a huge success. The only thing that could have been better was the weather! Cold and windy conditions but plenty of sun too. The location of the Shake a Leg Sailing center was ideal for our event, and the folks running the facility are extremely helpful.
